Privacy & cookies
How ApiNetwork collects, uses and protects your personal data. Last updated: 2 June 2026.
Data controller
ApiNetwork, 54 rue Greneta, 75002 Paris. Contact for any question about your data: contact@apinetwork.fr.
Data we collect
- Forms (quote, contact): the information you voluntarily send us (email address, message, any contact details). It is used solely to handle your request.
- Anonymous audience measurement: aggregated traffic statistics (page views, source, device type) that do not allow us to identify you.
Audience measurement & cookies
We favour privacy-friendly audience measurement:
- Umami (self-hosted in the European Union): audience measurement without cookies and without personal data. In line with the CNIL's position on exempted tools, it does not require your consent.
- Google Analytics 4 (if enabled): deployed via Google's Consent Mode v2. No measurement or advertising cookie is dropped until you have clicked "Accept" in the banner. A refusal is respected and remembered.
You can change your choice at any time by clearing the site's data in your browser, which re-displays the consent banner.
Legal basis & retention period
- Requests via form: performance of pre-contractual measures; kept for 3 years after the last contact.
- Cookieless audience measurement: legitimate interest; aggregated, non-nominative data.
- Cookies subject to consent: maximum duration of 13 months.
Hosting
The site and the data are hosted within the European Union (OVHcloud datacenters, France). No data is transferred outside the EU without appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@apinetwork.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
